Deepa Bade has done her BA , B Ed & Post Graduate Diploma in Education Administration. She is the founder & CEO of ARD-EduQuest which has been established with mission to guide students through complex ambiguity of choosing careers from diversity of choices. The aim is to guide students to navigate through stereotypes of career choices by combining interests, passions, skills & enabling future success.
This mission is achieved through scientific psychometric test, assessing the aptitudes, corelating with the students’ personal likes & attributes and enabling optimum choice of career.
Her passion for contributing to society, by investing in future global citizens has led her to invest her time & energy in this field.

I took the courier counselling session for my 12 yr old son by Mrs. Deepa Bade. She is an excellent counsellor who guides about the strengths, weaknesses and inclination of your child with respect to the career suitable for him in future. It was really helpful as we got to know the improvement areas of our child. We are more equipped after the session, to help our child build a dream career. Highly recommended if you want smart and focused efforts as parents!! ????

These were extremely insightful sessions, providing me with an in-depth understanding of my strengths and weaknesses and allowed me to narrow down my career choices to the one that best suits me!! It was worth taking this! Highly recommend taking the counselling!
